We hope this hasn’t caused any inconvenience as games should have resumed automatically. About 200 players experienced a brief disconnect. 17:10 GMTĪ minor hiccup caused some of the multiplayer users to be routed to a “hot spare” server. We’ve added internal procedures to prevent this event in the future. The outage was caused by service misconfiguration. We’re working as fast as we can to identify the problem and restore the service.
